How to Cook Sinigang sa Miso Cream Dory

Cream dory is one of the most delicious fish that i know. And we know that this is also healthy because this is a white meat fish. And today i will share to you my perfect recipe for this fish.



Ingredients:


   A pack of cream dory ( you can by it in super market) Or you can buy in wet market. 1 kilo is enough. ( Slice it to your desire size).

3 pcs. chopped ripe tomatoes
1 pcs. chopped onion
3 spoon chopped ginger
1 pack of Miso
1-2 cup of vegetable oil

(Vegetable) 1 Eggplant, sliced diagonally; 10 okras,sliced 1/2" diagonally; 2 Bunches mustasa/mustard greens chopped into 1 inch lengths.



7-8 cup of water
Sinigang sa Sampalok (Tamarind) Mix
salt to taste



Procedure.

1. Heat the pan. If you think that the pan is hot then now add enough oil to fry the Cream Dory fish.

2. If the oil is already hot, now you can fry the Cream Dory fish and wait until it becomes golden brown. Ensure that salt has been rubbed over the fish before frying.

3. After the frying, set aside the fish and heat another pan. Then Add 3 spoon oil then sautΓͺ the onion, ginger and tomatoes.

4. After that, you can add now the 1 pack Miso and stir it.

5. After 3-4 mins. you can add now water. It depends to you how many cup of water do you like. But i suggest that 7 cups is enough.

6. If the water is boiling, you can add now the vegetable but you must put first the eggplant and  after 2-3 mins. then you can add the rest of the vegetables

7. After 2-3 mins. Add the Sinigang sa Sampalok (Tamarind) Mix and add salt for your desire taste of the soup. Then boil it once and turn of the heat. Now you can add the fry Cream dory to the soup.

8. Transfer in a serving dish and enjoy. I suggest that serve it with Fish sauce and calamansi.
