How to cook Bulalo
This is a beef dish from the Philippines. And this is most popular in the city that has cold temperature like Tagaytay and Baguio.
Ingredients:
1 kg Beef shank or leg portion of a cow.
2-3 liters of water
3 pcs. chopped potatoes or 1 pc. corn(cut into your desire size)
1 pc. onion(quartered)
2 spoon pepper
1/2 bunch of celery
2-3 bunches of pechay
1 pc. small cabbage(cut it into 4)
Salt or fish sauce to taste
Procedures:
1. Put 2 liters of water in a pot and combine the beef. Bring to a boil the skim the bubbles and foam from the boiling water.
2. Simmer it for 2 hours in low fire until the beef is tender then add the onion and pepper.
Ingredients:

3. Then now you can add the corn or potatoes and simmer it for 10 mins. After that, you can now add pechay,cabbage and celery.
4. Before it boils, you can now taste it and add salt or fish sauce that depends in your taste. And check if the water is enough. Boil it once then turn of the heat and Enjoy it with Fish sauce and Calamasi.
